Mark has over 30 years of experience in technology and logistics globally, a strong background in engineering, sales, marketing, and product and project management, and a proven track record with companies such as Mainfreight and WiseTech Global.

Shane D'Aprile

Shane has 25 years of extensive experience in operations, sales, change management, and leadership roles within the Asia Pacific logistics sector. Shane previously worked for WiseTech Global and successfully founded Orange Lime Consulting.

Rob Cotter

Rob is a veteran logistics professional with over 35 years of extensive experience. He has held key leadership positions, including CEO and General Manager at renowned companies like Mainfreight and Agility. Rob possesses deep understanding of the operational and financial drivers moving the global supply chain. As Chief Growth Officer, Rob will lead the market expansion across the entire Yojee product suite.

Julien is a seasoned engineering leader with 20 years of experience scaling SaaS and Fintech powerhouses like WiseTech Global, Safewill, and IXUP. A specialist in driving startups from Seed to Series B+, Julien is responsible for Yojee’s long-term technology vision and platform architecture, ensuring tight alignment between product strategy and global technical capabilities.

Lester is a senior finance and strategy professional with over 18 years of experience across the technology and financial services sectors, including leadership roles at Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and Standard Chartered Bank. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and holds an MBA from Imperial College London. Lester brings deep expertise in Corporate FP&A, business partnering, and driving business growth through aligned financial strategy.

Shannon is currently a non-executive director at Yojee Ltd (ASX: YOJ), FBR Limited (ASX: FBR) and Mighty Kingdom Limited (ASX: MKL).

Frank brings over 45 years of distinguished global industry experience in international logistics, covering strategic growth, operational excellence, and supply chain optimisation. His background includes leading major freight forwarding organisations and serving most recently as the Australasian CEO of Agility Logistics. His deep industry knowledge and international networks will provide invaluable strategic insight as Yojee continues to scale its platform offerings.

Davide Bosio

Non-Executive Director

Davide is an experienced company director with over 24 years in financial services, resources, and listed company leadership. He currently serves as a non-executive director at Yojee Ltd (ASX: YOJ), and Black Cat Syndicate Limited (ASX: BC8), a listed gold producer. He has held senior roles at Shaw and Partners and served on the boards of De Grey Mining Ltd (ASX: DEG) and Spectrum Metals Ltd, which was acquired by Ramelius Resources (ASX: RMS). Davide brings deep expertise in corporate finance, capital management, and M&A to support the growth of public and private companies.

John Moran

Company Secretary

John brings 16 years of experience from ASX Ltd, offering deep expertise in legal, regulatory and governance frameworks for listed entities. He excels in guiding companies through compliance matters, particularly in relation to continuous disclosure, financial reporting, capital fundraising, initial public offers and backdoor listings. John is also highly skilled in coordinating shareholders' meetings and managing related party transactions.
